Plug-In Profit Now Using Host Then Profit For Hosting

I have been a member of Plug In Profits for almost four years now. Over that time there has been many changes. So many in fact I can not even begin to name them.

Even the hosting companies have changed a number of times. A few months back Stone Evans even offered FREE hosting for all new Plug In Profits sites. At first I thought this was a great idea. Members would now get a free website and free hosting . I figured it would be a breeze to promote and people would sign up for free websites like crazy.

There was one major drawback with this business model. No commissions, people sign up for a free site with free hosting and then only signed up for the free programs. I soon stopped promoting Plug In Profits altogether.

I found Host Then Profit and all that it offers by accident and soon began to fully promote it and even moved a few of my sites to there hosting service and a short time latter Stone also found it and added it to the Plug In Profits affiliate programs.

Six Steps Towards Setting Up A Internet Home Business

For a start, it is much cheaper to set up an online business at home than it is to open a traditional bricks-and-mortar business. However, low start-up costs and perpetual access to a worldwide market is no guarantee of success. There are five important steps that you need to take to stand a good chance of success with a home-based business on the Internet.

Step 1. Focus on a niche. The Internet is a very competitive place so it makes sense to narrow your focus and find a specific niche market that is of interest to you and which offers a realistic prospect of making money.
It makes sense to start an Internet business from home in an area where you have some expertise. Failing that, choose something that you can feel passionate about. This will give you the opportunity to do something you enjoy and allow you to capitalize on what you already know.

Step 2. Focus on a product. If you have a product you can sell online you have a head start already. If you don’t have a product, don’t worry; there are many ways you can sell things online from home without having to create a product of your own.

Over the past few days I’ve been written about SFI and Empowerism. Today I thought it was time to talk about Host4Profit.

Do Safe Lists Really Work-My Case Study

I am sure that if you already have a Internet home business or if you have entered your email address on a form on some website you know what email marketing is. After a number of years as a affiliate marketer I thought it a good time to do a little case study on one of the most popular forms of email marketing-safe lists.

First of all if you do not know what a safe list is it is basically a website with members who have a product or service and want to promote it through email. The site promoting the safe list has a list of thousands of members who agree to receive emails in return for the ability to send them. This system allows the marketer to send their offer to thousands of possible customers at once.

Over the years I have used a few safe lists to promote various products and to be honest I never had much success with them. I always gave up after sending out a few emails to members and moved on. However, I recently decided to increase my advertising budget ( which for years had been zero) and see if I can take my business to the next level.

My fist decision was to try the Plug-In Profit Co-Op run by Stone Evans. The Co-Op was recently started by Stone for members of Plug-In Profit. Since I have been a member of PIPS and honestly I have not been promoting it much recently I figured I’d give it a try.

His Co-Op markets exclusively to several different safe lists and rotates PIPS Co-Op members ID’s in the mailings. I just joined a few days ago so I am curious on how effective this will be. My main concern about the effectiveness of this type of marketing has always been that most people on these safe lists already have a Internet home business and promoting them another home business opportunity seemed pointless. I figure that I will give this a couple of months to see if I am getting any results.

So far it has only been a week so I can’t really say if it is working or not. As I mentioned above I’ll give a try for a couple of months and report back.

While I was writing this post I realized that my main concern was that I would be marketing to a group of people who already have a Internet home business and trying to get them to join another work from home opportunity may be difficult.

I then came up with the idea of promoting something that a business owner with a website could use and would be interested in- Free Website Traffic.

So in my next few posts I’ll be testing a number of safe lists while promoting my Manual Traffic Exchange FlippinHits.

This will give me two studies going on at the same time so I can gauge if either one really works.

CashCrate Joins Plug-In Profits

There have been a lot of changes with Plug-In Profit over the past few months. One thing that makes this program so unique is that that owner Stone Evans continues to make changes to try and make it better.

I joined Plug-In Profits around three years ago and virtually all the affiliate programs that are a part of it have been removed and replaced with another work from home opportunity. Only the old stand by SFI remains from when I first joined.

Just last week PeopleString was added as one of the core programs of PIPS with the promise that it would be a excellent source of revenue for members.

To be honest when I joined I could not figure out what PeopleString was or how to make money with it. Evidently I was not the only one who was not impressed. I must give Stone credit and after a week of poor results he decided to have the members vote on whether to keep PeopleString or replace it with CashCrate.

The members have spoken and CashCrate is now a core program of Plug-In Profit. Personally I could not be happier. I’ve been a member of CashCrate for a number of years and it is a excellent program.

It is free to join and offers several different methods to make money. You can take surveys and you can promote CashCrate and earn a portion of what your downline earns.

You will not earn enough money to retire on or enough to make a full time income. However, you can make extra income from home with CashCrate and combined with the other programs and the training that Plug-In Profits offers you can soon be on your way.
